What Digital Practices mean to me…
It all begins with an idea. Digital practice through Adobe gave me the opportunity to bring my ideas to life. Being able to use new software allows me to develop new experiences and better my ideas.
Portraits
The following portraits were recreated by utilizing limited number of shapes and strokes with the pen tool from Adobe Illustrator.
Personal logo
I was able to create my signature logo, which includes my initials, by operating on a digital platform of my choice.
Lure of place
With the opportunity to work with 3-D design software, I took the task of creating my personal space of comfort and created my workplace, which at the time, was the Graphic Design Lab.
Appropriation Project
On this project, I gained more experience through Adobe Photoshop and was able to create a GIF using my choice of famous painting: Girl with a Pearl Earring.
Capstone Project
Applying the skills that I learned throughout the course, for my final project, I designed an animation of what happiness looks like to me.
